Novena to Our Lady, Untier of Knots
Novena to Our Lady, Untier of Knots from Friday 20th to Saturday 28th October at Saint Mary of the Isle.
On the weekdays it will begin at 7.30 pm. On Saturday and Sunday it will be at 3.00 pm.
Each day we will petition Mary, Untier of Knots, to undo the knots in our lives; knots such as injustice, disappointment, grief, loss, hopelessness, betrayal, resentment, physical and mental suffering in all its forms. Further details will be available shortly.
Sacrament of the Sick
On 22nd October the Sunday of our Novena to Mary, Untier of Knots, we will reflect on the ‘Knots’ of Sickness and Suffering in our community and will be celebrating the Sacrament of the Sick at 3.00pm at St Mary’s. If you yourself, a family member or friend would like to receive this wonderful sacrament of healing on that occasion please sign up on one of the blue forms available at the back of church. We hope to arrange transport for those who need it. As with all of our novena sessions, refreshments will be served afterwards.
